What industries do you serve?

Menozzi IT Solutions provides IT services to the gamut of residential and business clients. We offer normal computer repair services, networking and other IT services for residential and business. We also offer business clients a monthly solution to maintain computer uptime and security.

What are your help desk hours?

Our office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Saturday and Sunday. However, for emergency situations we are available 24/7 and for urgent situations our hours are extended until 10:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.

What type of systems do you support?

Menozzi IT Solutions services Microsoft Windows based laptops, desktops and servers, as well as Linux versions of those systems. We are also well versed in Apple Macintosh systems and provide services for those systems. Other areas of service include Raspberry Pi systems (Linux), Networking and Cyber Security Systems.

What does managed IT services cost?

For businesses, our managed IT services ranges based on services selected. We offer M-F management, as well as 7 day a week service. We have solutions for anti-virus, anti-malware, backups, management and monitoring and network services so the best way to determine cost is a formal business analysis.

Biography

Michael retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years, where he spent his time in Law Enforcement. Michael also spent 16 years working for Northrop Grumman on Missile Defense/Missile Warning projects, specializing in Cyber Security, Engineering, and Networking. Michael Started Menozzi Enterprises, LLC in 2018, also creating Menozzi IT Solutions to perform the business and residential IT services.
