We do not charge a shop fee or anything similar. We evaluate what is going on with the device you bring to determine what is wrong, or what needs to be done. We then will let you know the status and wait for your decision. If you decide not to proceed, there is no charge!
AFTER HOURS SERVICE
For technology emergencies we are available, especially for businesses that need to be back up and operating immediately. This service initially starts with a phone call, and if needed an immediate remote session. If it cannot be repaired or addressed remotely, we can respond to the clients business or home and solve the emergency. There are additional hourly charges over and above standard rates for emergency services.
